Junta like nano and nanoparticles jump (with joy?)!

So, here is the good news: junta do not perceive nano-technology as a threat, though there are concerens about lack of information and regulation. This reminded me of this article in the August 2004 issue of PhysicsWeb. But, how does the scientific community itself perceive nano?
